Thank you for your interest in commissioning a painting. Please complete the form below to receive a cost estimate for your project.

Process

• Photo session and composition design: 4-6 weeks.
The photo session allows the artist to get to know the client and create the composition together. The location of the photoshoot is based on the composition and natural light is preferred. She will submit a composition sketch or digital photograph for approval.

• Painting: 4-8 weeks.
Completion will depend on the painting size and the artist’s schedule. I paint in oils on board or canvas.

• Portrait Preview: 1 week.
The client can preview the finished painting in the artist’s studio or via photograph. If needed, any adjustments will be made at this time.

• Frame: 3-6 weeks.
Depending on where the frame is purchased the artist can assist in selecting and procuring a frame or the client can do so independently.

• Delivery:
The client can pick up the painting or pay to have it delivered.

Payment

Half of the commission payment is due upfront. The remainder of the payment is due when the painting is complete.
